American Red Cross Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED Blended Learning Class
The purpose of the course is to help participants recognize and respond appropriately to cardiac, breathing, and first aid emergencies; to know how to care for a suddenly injured or ill person until more advanced medical personnel arrive and take over. Infant, child and adult skills are covered in this course. Participants who successfully complete the course will receive a 2 year certification. The blended learning course includes 3+ hours of online simulation learning (completed at your own pace) followed by an in-person skills session to demonstrate skills using the scenarios viewed in on-line content. After you register, you will receive instructions and a unique ID to access the on-line portion of the course which must be completed prior to attending the in-person skills session.
